HLST Aufgabe 7 b

Bei dieser aufgabe verstehe ich nicht, wie man auf Kleinsignalersatzschaltbild kommt(siehe Lösung) und die Berechnung für den Ausgangswiderstand kapiere ich auch nicht. Kann das jemand erklären???
