Habe gestern Abend eine Antwort erhalten: Es gibt dieses Semester keine Blöcke für den Norden/Osten Deutschlands. Die "bisherigen Sponsoren hatten einfach keine Budgets". Tut mir Leid, wird also auch nichts mehr kommen :(
