Wenn das Programm wirklich von MS wäre dann müsste da (alleine aus rechtlichen Gründen) stehen ".. and a real bluescreen will be created, garuanteed" ...

Rein rechtlich schon. BaMSoG (Bundes-Anti-Microsoft-Gesetz) in der Fassung vom 01.04.2004:

§1 Jeder Anti-Microsoft-Witz ist lustig.

§2 Sollte ein Anti-Microsoft-Witz einmal nicht witzig sein tritt automatisch §1 in kraft.
