EXIF-Editor?

Hallo,

ich bin gerade auf der erfolglosen Suche nach einem schönen EXIF-Editor, der meinen Wünschen entspricht. Kennt jemand von Euch vielleicht einen passenden und kann ihm mir empfehlen?
Ich wäre glücklich, wenn er folgendes könnte:
  • neue (standardkonforme) Felder hinzufügen
  • von der Kamera gesetzte Felder unangetastet lassen, d.h. nicht-standard-Felder nicht plötzlich löschen
  • Verarbeitung ganzer (rekursiver) Verzeichnisse um z.B. in allen 1000en Fotos ein Copyright oder Autor-Feld oder den Kommentar zu setzen
  • Option, das Datum im Dateisystem bei Änderungen nicht zu verändern oder aktiv auf Wert vor der Änderung setzen. Ich meine explizit das Dateidatum, nicht das Fotodatum in den EXIF-Infos
  • kostenlos wäre gut oder eben günstig
Hat jemand von Euch schonmal eine Fotoverwaltungssoftware gesehen, in der man Fotos anhand der EXIF-Metadaten sortieren und suchen kann? Manche Tools haben eigene Datenbanken... doch EXIF ist eben Toolübergreifend direkt im Bild gespeichert. Ein Import der EXIF-Daten in eine eigen DB wäre doch ein Anfang. Oder muss man da selber Hand anlegen.
Es gibt nur eine bessere Sache als auf dem Wasser zu sein: Noch mehr auf dem Wasser sein.

mein debian-paketsystem meldet mit folgendes:

exif
Description: command-line utility to show EXIF information in JPEG files
Most digital cameras produce EXIF files, which are JPEG files with
extra tags that contain information about the image.

'exif' is a small command-line utility to show EXIF information hidden
in JPEG files.

und

exiftags
Description: Utility to read Exif tags from a digital camera JPEG file
The exiftags utility parses a specified JPEG file or, by default, its
standard input, looking for a JPEG APP1 section containing Exif
(Exchangeable Image File) data. The properties contained in these
data are then printed to the standard output. Digital cameras typically
add Exif data to the image files they produce, containing information
about the camera and digitized image.

das war bisher auch alles was ich gebraucht hab.

Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, daß das Tool exif die Tags auch verändern kann.

Z.B. setzt

das Copyright in allen .jpg in allen Unterverzeichnissen auf "ich" ohne das modified Datum zu verändern.
Und wenn es etwas machen soll, was es noch nicht kann, kann man es umschreiben.
