Arbeiten in Deutschland

Hallo Leute

Ich habe einem Freund aus Rumänien. Er is jetzt in Rumänien. Er ist Informatik Ingenieur mit gute Kenntnisse. Er möchte in Deutschland als Informatiker arbeiten. Also ich meine Er möchte eine Job-Visum (Working Visa) kriegen, um in Deutschland zu kommen. Kennt jemand vielleicht manche gute und praktische website, damit man Stelle, Job, Angebot für Arbeit oder solche Dinge in Deutschland finden kann?
