transfer eines projektes zwischen zwei cvs repositories

Hi,
kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit ein CVS-Projekt von einem CVS-Repository in ein anderes (auf einem anderen Rechner liegendes) CVS zu kopieren?
Entscheiden wäre dabei, dass die Historie mit kopiert wird. Desweiteren ist das Ziel-Repository nicht leer, so dass ich nicht einfach das komplette CVSROOT Verzeichnis mit kopieren kann.
