Wieso das? Wenn man dann zweimal hintereinander seinen Rechner aufrüsten will, muss man das Betriebssystem neu kaufen. Schau dir mal die Preise für Vista an. Da überlegt man sich zweimal, ob man das nochmal kaufen will - auch bei einem neuen Rechner.Quoted

Die Otto-Normal-Verbraucher kaufen auch allesamt komplett PCs. Und da bekommst du ja auch schon Windows hinterhergeschmissen. Die Masse trifft das also weniger.

aber Firmen haben meistens nicht das Problem mit der EULA, da in der Regel Rechner samt OS am Stück neu gekauft werden und dann kein partielles Hardware upgrade kommt.
Und wenn man ne Volume License mit Microsoft abschließt, sieht die EULA auch schon wieder anders aus, bin ich zuversichtlich.
