Ich hab nur Erfahrungswerte für WinXP + Linux + Grub.
Windows war schon installiert, Partitionen für Linux standen bereit.
Linux installiert -> In Grub wird ein Punkt für das booten von Windows eingerichtet
Hat jeweils mit Fedora, Ubuntu und Arch Linux funktioniert.
Sofern nach der Linux Installation die Windows Partitionen noch existieren, aber keine Bootoption angeboten wird kann man die unter /boot/grub/menu.lst ergänzen.
Wie das aussieht, wenn du doch lieber den Windows Bootloader nutzen willst weiss ich allerdings nicht.

Vor kurzem habe ich auch nach einem Boot-Manager gesucht, der Vista erkennt und booten kann - leider vergebens...
