Kosten einer Realisierung als Mischgatter

hallo Leute,
sitze gerade vor Klausur Frühjahr 2000, Aufgabe 4 b.

TMS =(negx3 and negx0 ) or( negx2 andx1and x0 )

KMS 2 * (2+ 3+ 1)=12 Transistoren

wie ist er auf die Lösung gekommen, und wo steht das im Skript, bitte.

hallo,

ganz einfach:
die formel für die kosten bei einem cmos-mischgatter sind:

K = (summe aller primäreingänge +1 )*2

im term MS sind 5 primäreingänge vorhanden (2 in der ersten klammer und 3 in der zweiten)
noch eins dazu macht 6. mit 2 multiplizieren macht 12.

die formel steht auf dem lösungsblatt zu üblatt 6.
