Suche (online)Software zu Software Projektplanung

Hallo,
könnt ihr mir helfen? Ich suche eine Web-Software, entweder für den eigenen Server oder als online Dienst, um ein Webprojekt zu planen. Features wie ToDo Listen, Diskussions-/Absprache-Möglichkeiten, Aktuelles, evtl Diagramme und UML-Diagramme ... sowas in der Richtung halt.
Kennt da jemand was?

Hm, irgendwie gibt es da keine perfekte Lösung..... wir haben uns jetzt aber für Google Wave entschieden... damit kann man schonmal das wichtigste machen
